Service Plan - Heating System
Maintenance
Includes:
- An Oil
Heat Efficiency Test to determine what should be done to
bring your heating unit to peak efficiency
- All
necessary cleaning, lubrication and adjustments to
the entire heating unit including the replacement of any parts listed
for the oil burner and its controls
- Testing
to ensure all safety controls are operating properly
- A Combustion
Efficiency Audit upon completion that ensures all cleaning
and adjustments have been done correctly and your unit is operating
at peak level.
NO CHARGE
PARTS AND LABOR during regular hours, or for "no heat" or
"emergency" calls after hours that require the following:

Water Heater Service Plan
Your
oil fired water heater will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected in accordance
with specially formulated procedures used by the Company to insure maximum,
trouble free efficiency. Under the optional coverage, there will be
no charge for the repair or replacement of the following parts of your
water heater when they become defective due to normal wear and use,
plus a 15% discount on any parts not covered in full.

Conditioning Maintenance Inspection
Listed
below is a checklist of items that should be inspected for proper function
and operation during the preventative maintenance inspection. Repair
or any future service calls and all parts requiring replacement will
be charges at prevailing rates. Service is only available during normal
working hours.
- Check
air handler filters. Clean as necessary
- Check
condenser and clean is necessary
- Lubricate
condenser fan motor
- Check
condenser fan blades for tightness
- Tighten
electrical connections at equipment
- Check
voltage at unit under load
- Check
condensate drain for blockage. Clean as necessary
- Check
blower belt for condition, tension and alignment

- Lubricate
all bearings where applicable
- Inspect
contactor points
- Inspect
evaporator coil for cleanliness
- Inspect
starting capacitor
- Inspect
running capacitor
- Check
for vibration and noise

system tuned up while enjoying a 15% discount on emergency service and
all parts requiring repair or replacement.
Inspection
includes the following items:
- Inspection,
cleaning & adjustments of head assembly, burner fan & motor,
ignition system, controls, oil filter, oil pump, & combustion
chamber
- Lubricate
burner motor
- Vacuum
cleaning of unit, flue pipe and chimney base (where accesible, when
necessary to maintain or burner efficiency)
- Replacement
of one nozzle and one oil filter cartridge at prevailing rates
- Perform
combustion efficiency test

Service is only available during normal business hours.

Maintenance System is for customers who want to have their Hot Water
Heater System tuned up while enjoying a 15% discount on emergency service
and all parts requiring repair or replacement
Inspection
includes the following items:
- Inspection,
cleaning & adjustment of head assembly, burner fan & motor,
ignition system, controls, oil filter, oil pump, & combustion
chamber
- Lubricate
burner motor
- Vacuum
cleaning of unit, flue pipe and chimney base (where accessible, when
necessary to maintain or improve burner efficiency)
- Replacement
of one nozzle and one oil filter cartridge at prevailing rates
- Perform combustion
